  1. Welcome to our Holy Communion Sunday Service. Please pick up your Communion elements at the front desk. Individuals attending church may opt to wear a mask or not, but are advised to be aware of and mindful of both the health of any vulnerable persons in the vicinity and their own wellbeing.

  1. In-Person English Sunday School: Paused Today. All Children, Youth and High School and Adult Sunday Schools will resume on September 10
  2. 2024-2025 Deacon Election: Oliver Chan & Rennie Shum have been officially elected as they have received over 2/3 of the votes. 9/9(Sat) Online Old and New Deacon Board meeting. Thank you, Alex Tang, Yue Ming Tang, Cindy Ho and Ida Lui for counting the ballots.
  3. For Planning & Budget 2024, all department/committee leaders, please submit your expenses before Se 10. You could choose to use Digital Voucher or printed voucher for approval and submit with receipts to 
  4. The Deacon Board is going to approach the potential 2024-2025 Departmental Chairpersons. May our brothers and sisters become servanthood leaders in response to the Lord’s call.
  5. Please keep quiet in the hallways outside the gym, B7, the sanctuary, A8 during all the Sunday Services.
  6. Staff News: the office will be closed on Monday for Labour Day Holiday.
  7. We express our gratitude to Pastor Zhuang and Mrs. Zhuang for their faithful service over the past two years. May God continue to lead and bless you. He will no longer serve as PGMBC Mandarin pastor after September 14.

  5. 9/23(Sat)9:30am-6pm Red Cross First Aid Certificate Course ˉ English @Burnaby CCM. $55 each (original fee $115, $60 subsidized by the church). Register with Cecilia Li, Joanna Li or  by 9/3(Sun).
  6. Back to School BBQ: We will have our Back-to-School BBQ on September 24 after the service. A great way to kick off the new school year.
