Bill started his spiritual life as a Catholic when he came to Canada in 1976. In 2005, he was baptized as a Protestant. It is fitting that he ended up serving at Pacific Grace MB Church, as the first fellowship he attended as a Protestant was at Port Moody Pacific Grace MB. As God slowly shaped him, He challenged him to give up his vocation of 18 years as an ESL instructor to pursue pastoral ministry.

Bill entered ministry in 2013. Before joining PGMBC in 2018, he served as Youth Pastor at three other churches. In 2019, he began serving as English Youth & Children Pastor. He is married to Winnie, who helped him cultivate a close and intimate relationship with God. They have a son named Kairos, whom he calls “mini-me” because he looks exactly like him.
